This week in fifth grade we continued to build strong positive relationships in the music room. We worked together to complete a rhythm review using the quarter notes, eighth notes, half notes, quarter rest, whole notes, and sixteenth notes. We used our understanding of these note values to compose in small groups. Next week, we will be adding non-pitched percussion instruments to our compositions and movements.
